Solutions from the house

Thanks so much to the lovely ladies who gave me some advice on my little problem (diet soda).  While I totally had to google Kombucha (does that make me completely out of touch?), I'm definitely going to take Alexandra's advice and try it next time I swing by Whole Foods.  For today, I took a little hint from Keelie (Queen of Iced Coffee) and Kerri and did this:

Black coffee and seltzer (I did not mix them, if that's what you're wondering)!  I figured I'd get the bubbles annnnd the caffeine I need for the afternoon.  It's still in the experimental stage, but I figure I'll give it a shot for the next couple of days and see how it goes.

  2. i LOVE kombucha. it's a little shocking to the system at first but feels carbonated and gives a bump. good luck kicking the habit!
